Through Decree 1338 of 2021, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism regulates the Parafiscal Contribution for tourism.
Tourism service providers and operators are responsible for paying the parafiscal contribution for tourism at the rate of 2.5 per thousand over the operational income.
