Newsletter -Tax payment dates are modified for micro and small companies

Through Decree 612, 2021 the corporate income tax payment of micro and small companies statute of  limitation was extended. In addition, Through Ruling 363 May 31, 2021, the Bogotá Secretariat of Finance extended the statute of limitation of the return filling and payment of district taxes of industry and commerce, industry and commerce tax withholding, the alternative payment system by installments of property tax, as well as the motor vehicles tax.
