The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce issued a resolution referring to the use of the databases that Uber application has had.
In this update we share with our clients aspects that you should consider for handling personal data within your organizations. On August 28th, SIC imposed a preventive sanction to the Uber platform, to improve its business practices regarding the handling of personal data.
