We invite you to learn about the regulations for the payment of contributions to the General Pension System, regulated by Decree 376 of 2021.
Once the Constitutional Court determines that Legislative Decree 558 of April 15, 2020 is not enforceable, the Ministry of Labour issues the regulation for the payment of contributions for the months of April and May, 2020.
