The Colombian Mazars North America Desk, led by Carlos Andres Molano (Managing Partner) and Alex Mich (Senior Manager Transaction Services) , is comprised of both American and Colombia natives across various services lines including auditing, accounting, consulting, taxes and legal services. The Desk serves as a link between both countries, designed to meet the specific needs of Colombian companies doing business in North America and North American companies doing business in Colombia. We have extensive experience and knowledge of the market, culture and languages across North America and Colombia. Our team has lived, worked and studied in the United States and Europe, which gives us the privilege of serving our clients in English.

We cover predominately advice on all aspects of importing and exporting, tax issues, foreign incorporation and company acquisitions abroad.
